RETURN, REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY
Eligibility
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days from the delivery date only in cases of manufacturing defects or wrong items shipped.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging. Customized, monogrammed, or intimate wear items are not eligible for return or exchange unless faulty.
How to Initiate
Email qumashhofficial@gmail.com with your order number, photos of the issue, and reason for return. Our team will review your request and share the next steps if approved.
Return Shipping
If the issue is due to our error, return shipping will be covered by Qumashh. For all other approved returns, return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
Exchanges
Exchanges are only accepted for size issues and are subject to availability of the required size. If the size is not available, alternate solutions may be offered at our discretion. Refunds are not guaranteed for all cases, Exchange products will be delivered within 3 to 7 days
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only. Once dispatched, cancellation requests will be handled as per this policy.
Disclaimer & Limitation
Product colours may vary slightly from photos due to screen differences. We aim for accurate representation but cannot guarantee perfect colour match.

Check the size chart on each product page before ordering. Measurements are in [cm/inches]. If between sizes, consider sizing up for relaxed fit.

Product care
Each product includes care instructions. General guides:

Improper care can void return eligibility for damage due to misuse.
SECURITY & PAYMENTS
Payments are processed securely via third-party gateways (e.g., Razorpay/Stripe/PayPal — replace with your providers).
We store only the minimum required customer data and use secure methods for transmission.
Incase of any refund is approved it will take 5 to 7 business days to get credited to the original payment method.
